Who are we?
We are a Sydney-based licensed and independent property investment firm. Holding expertise in real estate and extensive knowledge in accounting, finance, and property law, we assist people in making sound decisions with regards to the purchase of Australian real estate. We are headquartered in Sydney, Australia and we also have a representation office in Gurgaon, India. Our team is led by Amit Pall, who has 2 decades of experience in the diverse areas of IT, entrepreneurship, law, and real estate.
Utilizing our team’s 20+ years of combined experience and an effective research and analysis methodology developed over the years, we help our customers get the best value for their dollar. Our specialization is in finding properties that generate consistently high capital gains and/or high rental yields and in effect, provide exceptional returns for our customers. To give you an example: We have provided numerous property packages to both local and foreign investors in NSW’s Central Coast, a high-growth region that was not affected by the recent bust that impacted the Sydney and Melbourne markets. To illustrate, for the year 2018, Sydney’s property prices fell by 5.1% while the Central Coast’s prices grew by 3.8%*.
For our clients, we provide a range of investment opportunities. This includes: dual income or dual key properties (e.g. duplexes), house and land packages, Knock-Down Rebuild options, granny flats, waterfront and premium homes and, SMSF compliant investment properties. As part of our solutions, we do not sell only land.
