A rooftop cocktail bar, a gold class cinema and a high-end steakhouse are just some of the features listed in plans for the region's newest pub.
The $38 million Oran Park Tavern has been approved by the Sydney Western City Planning Panel.
Momento Hospitality, operators of the Bella Vista Hotel, now have the green light to build the three-storey entertainment venue.
Momento chief executive Marcello Colosimo told the Advertiser last year that the venue would not just be the first of its kind in Macarthur, but the first of its kind in NSW.
"We are bringing together the features of some of NSW's best hotel destinations into one location," he said.
"There is nothing quite like this anywhere else in NSW.
"It's unique - it's cutting edge."
The pub will be built around an interior feature garden.
The ground floor will be home to the steakhouse, a woodfire pizzeria, a bistro, a cafe, a sports bar and a function centre.
Function and training spaces will also be built on the first floor alongside the cinema, which will feature two screens with seating for 40 people in each.
The top floor will be taken up by the rooftop cocktail bar.
Parking for the hotel would be a mix of at-grade and basement car parking.
The planning panel report said the development would provide "a well-designed licensed venue to service the expanding residential population of Oran Park".
"In doing so it will providing services and social infrastructure to meet people's changing needs, while allowing an additional location to develop social connections," the report said.
"In that way it will assist with the overall development of the Oran Park Town Centre as a desirable place to live."
The pub is set to operate from 7am to 2am Monday to Saturday and from 7am to 12am on Sundays.
Mr Colosimo told the Advertiser last year that the Oran Park Hotel would be the largest pub in the company's portfolio.
"We have other projects in the north west but nothing quite this big," he said.
