Our client wanted to purchase an investment property in a high growth region and had a good budget of $900,000. Based on their requirements and our own research and analysis, we recommended them a duplex solution in Heddon Gretta, NSW. We offered to the client a Fixed-price, full turnkey duplex package that was inclusive of the sub-division!
